January’s Work+Faith Online Speaker is Terrica Smith!

Terrica Smith, Founding Developer of Madeline Cove, joins us on February 17th for the Work + Faith Online Speaker Series. In this series, our CEO Anthony Flynn interviews distinguished professionals who exemplify living at the center of work and faith, making it a priority to reflect Christ-centered lives while empowering others to do the same. We’re excited to hear from Terrica to learn from her story and influence as a community leader.

Terrica Smith is a published author, an Eric Thomas certified speaker, an owner of the largest real estate crowdfunding company in the state of Louisiana, a seasoned investor with over 100 real estate holdings, and the founding developer in Madeline Cove, which is a 14 million dollar mixed-use development in Lafayette, LA. Terrica survived being trafficked as a young girl, navigated a teenage pregnancy, and wrestled with homelessness. Terrica made a promise to her son that she would do everything in her power to create a life that she had never seen before. As she has looked to God for His protection and calling on her life, she found her way to the life she promised her son seventeen years ago. Terrica’s greatest investment is her husband of fifteen years and her four beautiful children.
