The Work + Faith Online Speaker Series: Terrica Smith

On April 7, Terrica Smith, Founding Developer of Madeline Cove, joins us for the Work + Faith Online Speaker Series. In this series, WorkFaith CEO Anthony Flynn interviews distinguished professionals who exemplify living at the center of work and faith, making it a priority to reflect Christ-centered lives while empowering others to do the same. We’re excited to hear from Terrica to learn from her story and influence as a community leader!

Terrica is a published author, an Eric Thomas-certified speaker, an owner of the largest real estate crowdfunding company in the state of Louisiana, a seasoned investor with over 100 real estate holdings, and the founding developer in Madeline Cove, a $14 million mixed-use development in Lafayette, LA. After surviving being trafficked as a young girl, Terrica navigated a teenage pregnancy and wrestled with homelessness. In that time, she made a promise to her son: she would do everything in her power to create a life she had never seen before. Looking to God for His protection and calling on her life, she found her way to keeping that promise. Terrica’s greatest investment is her husband of fifteen years and her four beautiful children.

We look forward to seeing you virtually on April 7th at 9 AM CST as we hear from Terrica. Registration is free. Once you register, you will receive an email with the link and instructions to the live Zoom interview. If you do not receive your link, please email ckinder@workfaith.org.
