The Transition Coaching Program is designed for individuals who are transitioning professionally, either because of a recent lay off, corporate downsizing, career change, or extended time away from the workforce. This program is intended to help those who have professional experience and are not limited in the marketplace because of concerns related to their criminal background. You can participate in any group session offered by simply registering for any of the classes below.

How to Structure Your Job Search
Course Description: Are you finding yourself in job search for the first time in a long time? If you are feeling overwhelmed by job boards, using LinkedIn, and networking with everyone you know – this session is for you. In this session, we will help you devise a strategic plan, and leverage these resources to your advantage.

Understanding your Industry Trends
Course Description: People will spend 30+ years of their lives working, but with constant changes in every market, staying ahead of the curve is an absolute must in order to stay competitive. This session will help you anticipate what those changes are, and best practices for researching these changes, and adjusting to market shifts.

Becoming a Learner after Mastering your Former Industry
Course Description: Many people achieve great success in one profession but have difficulty with the idea of learning a new industry. Unfortunately, this leads to “imposter syndrome” and can prohibit many of us from transitioning successfully. This session will help individuals gain the confidence they need to adapt, enhance their knowledge on available resources, and overcome mental barriers related to “starting over”.

Multi-Generational Workplace
Course Description: Finding yourself frustrated by your older/younger coworkers? Have you ever thought “I have t-shirts older than ‘this kid’ your boss?” According to Gallup research, there is approximately 4 generations in the current workforce. With baby-boomers extending their working years, and Generation Z entering the workforce, being in a multi-generational workforce is inevitable.
