Career Coach

Position Summary:

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Program Services for WorkFaith. The Career Coach is responsible for guiding program participants individually and through group coaching; planning and delivering job-readiness classes related to resumes, interviews, networking, and more; identifying resources and vocational training that help clients achieve their career goals; and collaborating with community partners to ensure alignment with the mutual needs and requirements of the organizations.

Instructor

Position Summary:
The Instructor will join the front lines of a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced Instruction team. This role offers the opportunity for a self-motivated Instructor to play a pivotal role in the lives of our clients who have become discouraged in their job search. This position includes duties such as a classroom instructor (virtual or in-person), providing faith-based training, collaborating and contributing to the ongoing creation of new content, and being an active contributor to equipping and the overall growth of anyone who desires long-term employment.
