Chief Development Officer

Sorrell is proud to partner with WorkFaith in its search for a new Chief Development Officer. 

Position Summary

This position works closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, CPO, and the Board of Directors. The Chief Development Officer (CDO) creates and executes annual work plans to ensure revenue targets of over $3MM annually. This position is also responsible for moving toward significant growth year over year to fuel the organization's ongoing expansion. This position will also be accountable for growing WorkFaith's donor base and cultivating strategic relationships within the philanthropic community.

Desktop Support and IT Coordinator

Position Summary:

WorkFaith is seeking a Desktop Support and IT Coordinator to act as the primary contact for on-site issue resolution and general maintenance. Relevant certifications such as Dell Certified Systems Expert, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ and knowledge of ITIL Foundations and Windows PowerShell.

Instructor

Position Summary:
The Instructor will join the front lines of a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced Instruction team. This role offers the opportunity for a self-motivated Instructor to play a pivotal role in the lives of our clients who have become discouraged in their job search. This position includes duties such as a classroom instructor (virtual or in-person), providing faith-based training, collaborating and contributing to the ongoing creation of new content, and being an active contributor to equipping and the overall growth of anyone who desires long-term employment.

City Manager, Austin

Position Summary: This position reports directly to WorkFaith's Regional Director. The City Manager supports the expansion of WorkFaith in the assigned city. The City Manager also assists with the overall expansion strategy of the organization. The City Manager is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. The candidate should rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Regional Director

Position Summary: This position reports directly to WorkFaith's Chief Executive Officer. The Regional Director provides leadership and support for the expansion of WorkFaith in the assigned region. The role also assists with the overall expansion strategy of the organization. We are looking for a Regional Director to join our team and guide our organization forward by overseeing all operational, financial, and technical aspects. The Regional Director's responsibilities include the following:

• Implementing strategic plans and company policies.
• Maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders.
• Driving organizational success.

Furthermore, to be successful as a Regional Director, you should be able to manage and advance WorkFaith's business's strategic objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding Regional Director is an exceptional leader, drives a company's strategic mission and vision, and is adept at expansion.

Controller

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Compensation: Salary

Position Summary: This position reports directly to The WorkFaith Connection's COO. The Controller is directly responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and preparing financial reports, summaries, and forecasts for future growth projects, development of banking relationships, and general overall economic outlook. The Controller position provides financial control, guidance, and support across the organization. The position is responsible for managing and monitoring financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. In addition, the Controller is expected to ensure that the company's financial goals and objectives are met.

The Controller will have the necessary talent to ensure the organization has the proper financial controls to minimize risk. Moreover, the suitable systems and processes to efficiently oversee the day-to-day accounting function and generate accurate and timely reports for WFC's CEO, COO, and board.
