The Work + Faith Online Speaker Series: Jessica Kim

Jessica Kim joins us for June’s Work + Faith Online Speaker Series, as our CEO Anthony Flynn interviews distinguished professionals who live at the center of this intersection of work and faith. This online event will allow people to hear from industry leaders on how their faith informs their professional lives.

Jessica Kim is the co-founder of ianacare, a virtual care team for caregivers, a venture sparked by her experience being a full-time caregiver for her mom, who lost a hard-fought battle to cancer. At the age of 19, she started Jessica’s Wonders, a baked goods company, out of her college dorm room. She raised $1M in funding her senior year (with braces) and grew it to national distribution. Crain honored Jessica as a Top 40 under 40. She currently serves as a Venture Partner at Praxis Labs.

Additionally, Jessica was an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Brown University and has been an advisor to several startups. She graduated from Brown University with a degree in Linguistic Anthropology and received her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, considered one of the Top 5 Programs in the World. Jessica lives in Boston with her three awesome children and husband, Peter.
