Meet Our Volunteer: Mari Goerlich

Volunteer Mari Goerlich

Meet our volunteer, Mari Goerlich! Mari is a WorkFaith volunteer who lives just outside of Houston in Spring, Texas. She and her wonderful, fun-loving husband, Chris, will celebrate their 20th anniversary next month! What an adventure it has been, especially after the very blessed surprise of having quadruplets 14 years ago. Her three teenage sons, Cohen, Noah, and Finn, and her daughter, Sophia, have been the primary focus ever since they were born. Before their arrival, Mari worked in many different administrative roles across a host of industries including architecture, real estate, and travel/tourism. She enjoys learning new recipes, taking on an escape room challenge with her family, nature walks with their dog, Ellie, and getting lost in a good book.

What a WorkFaith staff member had to say about Mari:

“Mari was one of the newest volunteers to join WorkFaith at the same time I joined in my role as the Volunteer Program Manager. Mari was truly a Godsend! I was new, learning a new role and trying to keep up with all the volunteer needs WorkFaith had. I needed a Volunteer Coordinator! Mari stepped right in, so smoothly, and like a pro. She’s efficient, detailed, and reliable. I admire who she is as a busy momma, wife, sister in Christ, and WorkFaith supporter! Thank you, Mari, for all you do.”
