Meet Our Volunteer: Victoria Fradette

meet our volunteer victoria fradette

Meet our volunteer, Victoria Fradette! Victoria has been volunteering with WorkFaith in various capacities for several years. She started out volunteering as a Graduate Encouragement Caller one Tuesday a month, and after COVID, as a Job Accelerator Program virtual practice interviewer. Victoria has worked in Human Resources in the oil and gas industry for over ten years. On a personal note, Victoria is originally from Canada. She and her husband moved to Houston six years ago and have a two-year-old daughter.

Victoria shared, “I cannot articulate the extent to which I’m encouraged and humbled each time I volunteer. It is because of the amazing graduates, employees, and volunteers at WorkFaith that when my church, Grace Bible Church, asked me to take on the Missions Lead role, I didn’t think twice in saying yes. In my volunteer role as Missions Lead, I am the primary point of contact for the areas of volunteers, communications, and giving between GBC and WorkFaith.”

What a WorkFaith staff member had to say about Victoria:
I had the pleasure of working with Victoria as she volunteered to make Graduate Encourager Calls (GEC). She was so eager to contact the graduates because she loved to hear the stories of success. She was such a positive source of encouragement to many of our graduates.”
